About GYSA:
Gorham Youth Soccer Association (GYSA) travel program provides Gorham youth with a competitive playing environment. Our mission is to develop well balanced successful individuals in a competitive team environment through instruction of the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of soccer. We do this with an exceptional coaching staff and well organized club supporting our players.

Travel Soccer Commitment:
The season starts the 1st full week of August with games starting the last weekend in August. A typical week would include two practices and games on Saturday, Sunday, or both days. All players are expected to attend all practices and games. The season ends in late October or early November. The Gorham Travel Soccer program has helped to develop outstanding varsity and college soccer players. However, travel soccer requires a fairly heavy time and physical commitment for the players and their parents. Everyone needs to know in advance what is expected. We have exceptional municipal recreation programs and school programs for those who do not want the extra commitment.

British Soccer Camps provide players of all ages and abilities with the rare opportunity to receive high-level soccer coaching from a team of international experts. Each day includes individual foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games, coached scrimmages, and a daily tournament.
